Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and TAIWO Network, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“TAIWO”). By booking a ride, buying a membership, applying as a driver, or otherwise using taiwo.world, you accept these Terms.

TAIWO provides on-call luxury chauffeur trips, dedicated driver placements, VIP member benefits, and a related concierge experience. Vehicle availability, pricing, and drivers may vary by market.

Booking requests submitted through https://taiwo.world/book are offers, not confirmations. A booking is only confirmed after our concierge team accepts it and you receive a “Confirmed” status update by email or SMS. Cancellations inside the cancellation window may incur charges as disclosed at confirmation.

Silver, Gold, and Black VIP memberships are annual and non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your onboarding materials. Perks are subject to availability and may evolve over time. Your access ends automatically if your membership is cancelled or lapses.

The one-time $900 Milnaire Network / Client Portal fee purchased via https://taiwo.world/client-portal grants lifetime portal access unless revoked for cause (chargeback, fraud, or violation of these Terms). Refunds and disputes are handled through Stripe and TAIWO’s billing policy.

Driver applicants must consent to a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review and submit valid license, insurance, and vetting documents before they can be hired. TAIWO may accept or reject any applicant at its discretion. Drivers must comply with all vehicle laws and TAIWO’s driver conduct rules while on assignment.

You agree not to use taiwo.world to attempt unauthorized access, resell services without written permission, transmit malicious content, or misrepresent your identity. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize TAIWO to charge the card on file for confirmed bookings, memberships, tolls, wait time, damage, and cleaning fees where applicable.

Services are provided on an “as available” basis. TAIWO does not guarantee that taiwo.world will be uninterrupted or error-free. All warranties not expressly given are disclaimed to the fullest extent allowed by law.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TAIWO’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of taiwo.world is limited to the amount you paid TAIWO in the 12 months before the claim. TAIWO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted at https://taiwo.world/terms with a new effective date, and continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance.
