Failed or disputed payments. If a renewal or initial charge fails, is reversed, or is disputed (including chargebacks and fraud claims), your Client Portal access is suspended immediately and your membership may be marked revoked for cause. Stripe will automatically retry failed payments for up to 21 days; access is restored as soon as a successful charge clears. For chargebacks or disputes, access is restored only after the dispute is withdrawn or resolved in VALET’s favor and any outstanding balance, dispute fees, and reinstatement costs are paid in full.
Lifetime access resumption. Legacy one-time / lifetime Client Portal purchases remain lifetime unless revoked for cause. If a lifetime account is suspended for a chargeback, fraud claim, or Terms violation, lifetime access resumes automatically once the underlying issue is corrected — the dispute is withdrawn or decided in VALET’s favor, the disputed amount and any related fees are repaid, and any Terms violation is cured to VALET’s reasonable satisfaction. Refunds and billing disputes are handled through Stripe and VALET’s billing policy.
6. Drivers
7. Acceptable use
Clients are NOT permitted to privately hire, solicit, employ, contract, or otherwise engage any VALET driver — directly or indirectly — without VALET’s prior written consent. Any such off-platform engagement is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of service, liquidated damages, and legal action.
8. Payments
8a. Insurance & liability for the client vehicle
- Primary coverage. The Client’s personal or commercial automobile liability, collision, and comprehensive policy covering the vehicle is the primary policy for any loss, damage, injury, or third-party claim arising from operation of the vehicle during a VALET assignment. The Client represents that such policy is in force and permits operation of the vehicle by a professional or hired driver.
- Non-owned auto coverage. VALET maintains commercial non-owned and hired auto liability coverage that may respond as excess or contingent coverage above the limits of the Client’s primary policy, subject to the terms, exclusions, and conditions of VALET’s policy and the Client Service Agreement then in effect.
- Livery / for-hire exclusions. Many personal automobile policies exclude coverage while the vehicle is operated for compensation, for-hire, or livery use. The Client is solely responsible for confirming with the Client’s insurance provider that the Client’s policy will respond while a VALET driver operates the vehicle. VALET is not liable for gaps, denials, exclusions, deductibles, or reductions in coverage under the Client’s own policy.
- Physical damage to the vehicle. Except to the extent caused by a driver’s gross negligence or willful misconduct and subject to the limitations in Section 10, VALET is not responsible for physical damage to the Client vehicle, and any such loss is to be tendered first to the Client’s own collision or comprehensive coverage.
- Client Service Agreement controls. The full allocation of risk, insurance requirements, subrogation waivers, indemnities, and claims-handling procedures is set out in the Client Service Agreement provided at booking. In the event of any conflict between this Section and the executed Client Service Agreement, the Client Service Agreement controls with respect to the specific engagement.

Frequently asked questions
What counts as poaching?
Any direct or indirect attempt to hire, retain, subcontract, tip-out for private work, or otherwise engage a VALET driver outside the VALET platform — during an assignment, after an assignment ends, or through a third party — without VALET’s prior written consent. Casually exchanging contact info to arrange a future off-platform ride is included.
How do I request a specific driver?
Submit a booking at taiwo.world/book and add the driver’s name in the notes, or email concierge@taiwo.world. Concierge confirms availability and dispatches through the platform — same driver, correct insurance, correct billing.
What is the approved process?
- Request the driver or trip through the VALET platform or concierge.
- Receive a written confirmation from VALET.
- Trip is billed through VALET so insurance and vetting stay in force.
- For recurring or dedicated placements, ask concierge about a dedicated driver agreement — a documented, allowed way to work with a preferred driver long-term.
A driver offered me an off-platform ride. Now what?
Please report it to legal@taiwo.world. Off-platform solicitation by a driver is a violation of their agreement with VALET, not something you are obligated to accept.
How does the Millionaire Network membership, lifetime access, and “revoked for cause” work?
The Millionaire Network Client Portal membership is $1,200 per year and renews automatically on the anniversary of your purchase. You can cancel future renewals anytime from your account — cancellation stops the next charge and access continues through the end of the paid term.
Legacy lifetime accounts (one-time Client Portal purchases from prior offers) keep lifetime portal access unless revoked for cause. Lifetime access resumes automatically once the underlying issue is corrected — the dispute is withdrawn or decided in VALET’s favor, any disputed amounts and fees are repaid, and any Terms violation is cured.
“Revoked for cause” means access is suspended or terminated because of a chargeback, a fraud claim, non-payment after Stripe’s retry window, or a material violation of these Terms (including the no-poaching clause in Section 7). It is not a refund and it is not permanent by default — see Section 5 for how access is restored after the issue is resolved.
Acknowledge & continue
Please confirm you have read and accept these Terms, including the no-poaching clause in Section 7.
