1. Who we are
TAIWO Network, LLC (“TAIWO,” “we,” “our”) operates the website https://taiwo.world and provides on-call chauffeur, dedicated driver, and VIP membership services. Our registered office is 3960 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 500, Las Vegas, Nevada 89169.
2. Information we collect
- Client & booking data — name, email, phone number, mobile carrier, pickup / drop-off locations, date & time, vehicle preference, passenger notes.
- Membership & payment data — tier selection, contact preferences, and (via Stripe) billing details. Card numbers are handled directly by Stripe and never stored on taiwo.world.
- Driver applicant data — application details, uploaded license, insurance, background check, and Motor Vehicle Records, and your signed consent to those checks.
- Voice concierge data — transcripts, phone numbers, and AI-generated summaries of concierge calls you initiate on our site.
- Technical data — IP address, device, browser, and pages viewed, used to keep the site secure and improve reliability.
3. How we use information
- Fulfilling bookings, VIP memberships, and driver hiring workflows you request.
- Sending you booking status updates by email and SMS.
- Verifying driver eligibility (background check & MVR) before dispatch.
- Preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access to accounts.
- Meeting legal, tax, insurance, and regulatory obligations.
4. Sharing
We share information only with the vendors we need to operate the service — hosting, database and auth (Lovable Cloud), payments (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), SMS delivery (Twilio and US mobile-carrier email-to-SMS gateways), and AI voice/transcription providers — and with law enforcement when legally required. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data retention
Booking, membership, and driver records are retained for the life of your relationship with TAIWO and for the period required by tax, insurance, and background-check regulations. Voice concierge transcripts are retained for concierge follow-up and quality review.
6. Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@taiwo.world. Members and drivers can also update or delete their information from their account area on taiwo.world.
7. Security
Access to production systems is restricted, communications with taiwo.world are encrypted in transit, and driver documents are stored in private storage buckets with signed, time-limited download links only available to authorized admins.
8. Children
Our services are intended for adults booking premium chauffeur services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted at https://taiwo.world/privacy with a new effective date.
