Tony Taiwo
Tony Taiwo founded TAIWO after fifteen years leading private security and executive-transport teams for touring artists, professional athletes, and family offices across Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and New York. His background in close-protection operations shaped TAIWO's dual mandate: chauffeurs who drive at the caliber of a private jet crew, with the discretion of a personal security detail.
Tony personally interviews every chauffeur before they enter the network and reviews each celebrity, VIP, and family-office engagement before it goes live.
Business Rules
- 01Vetting
Every chauffeur passes a 7-year criminal and MVR background check, drug screen, defensive driving certification, and an in-person interview with the CEO. Executive Protection certification required for Black-tier and celebrity engagements.
- 02Lead Times
On-call chauffeur: 2-hour lead time in-market, 4-hour lead time out-of-market. Dedicated chauffeur: 24-hour lead time. Emergency same-day: subject to availability and a 25% rush fee.
- 03Minimums
Four-hour minimum per engagement. Airport meet-and-greets billed portal-to-portal from garage dispatch. Overnight standby (10pm–6am) billed at 50% of hourly rate.
- 04Pricing
On-call chauffeur $100/hr. Dedicated chauffeur $200/hr on client vehicle. VIP Membership (Silver $2,500 / Gold $5,000 / Black $10,000–$25,000 annually) unlocks preferred rates, priority dispatch, and concierge services.
- 05Cancellations
Free cancellation more than 24 hours ahead. 50% fee inside 24 hours. Full charge inside 2 hours or no-show. Black-tier members receive one waived cancellation per quarter.
- 06Confidentiality
All personnel sign a mutual NDA. No photos, no social posts, no third-party disclosure of passengers, routes, or destinations — enforced as a $50,000 liquidated-damages clause.
- 07Safety & Insurance
$5M commercial liability plus $1M excess umbrella. Real-time GPS with geofenced route audit. Duty-of-care hotline available to principals and their teams 24/7.
- 08Payment
Corporate invoicing net-15 for approved family offices and production companies. All others prepay by card on file. Gratuity discretionary; a 20% service charge applies to multi-day and event bookings.
Celebrity & VIP Master Service Agreement

1.Parties
This Master Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between TAIWO Network, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company with offices at 3960 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 500, Las Vegas, NV 89169 (“TAIWO”), and the individual or entity identified in the accompanying Engagement Order (“Client”).
2.Services
TAIWO will provide vetted personal chauffeurs, security-aware drivers, on-call luxury transport, dedicated drivers operating the Client’s vehicle, and related concierge coordination as specified per Engagement Order. Services may be scheduled, on-call, or standing (dedicated).
3.Personnel Standards
Every chauffeur assigned to Client is background-checked, defensive-driving certified, NDA- bound, and personally approved by the CEO. Black-tier and celebrity assignments require documented Executive Protection experience. Client may reject any chauffeur without cause; TAIWO will replace within four (4) hours in-market.
4.Confidentiality & NDA
TAIWO and every chauffeur, dispatcher, and concierge assigned to Client agree to hold in strict confidence Client’s identity, travel patterns, guests, residence and destination addresses, conversations overheard, and any observed personal or business information. Breach carries liquidated damages of USD $50,000 per incident, in addition to injunctive relief. Confidentiality survives termination indefinitely.
5.No Media, No Contact
Personnel will not photograph, record, live-stream, geotag, discuss on social media, or otherwise reference Client. Personnel will not initiate contact with Client’s family, guests, staff, or business contacts outside of the scope of the engagement, and will not accept autographs, gifts, or introductions from third parties.
6.Fees & Payment
Rates: On-Call $100/hour; Dedicated $200/hour; VIP Membership as listed. Four-hour minimum per engagement. Overnight standby 50% of hourly rate. Multi-day and event bookings carry a 20% service charge. Invoices net-15 for approved Clients; otherwise a valid payment method is held on file and charged upon completion.
7.Cancellation
Free cancellation more than 24 hours before scheduled pickup. 50% fee between 24 and 2 hours before pickup. 100% fee within 2 hours of pickup or upon no-show. Black-tier members: one (1) waived cancellation per calendar quarter.
8.Insurance & Liability
TAIWO maintains $5M commercial auto liability and $1M excess umbrella coverage. When TAIWO personnel operate Client’s vehicle, Client’s owner’s policy remains primary and TAIWO’s coverage is secondary/excess. TAIWO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays caused by force majeure.
9.Duty of Care & Safety
TAIWO reserves the right to decline or terminate any assignment that endangers personnel or public safety, including operation while any party is impaired, requested routes that violate law, or third-party interference. Personnel will contact 911 and TAIWO’s 24/7 duty desk in any emergency.
10.Term & Termination
This Agreement remains in force for twelve (12) months from execution and auto-renews for successive twelve-month terms unless either party gives thirty (30) days written notice. Either party may terminate immediately for material breach uncured after ten (10) days written notice.
11.Governing Law & Venue
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, under JAMS Streamlined Rules. The prevailing party is entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees.
12.Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with each executed Engagement Order, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions. Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
